Warsaw Spire

A  new Public Square in the heart of Warsaw. A new Address in town, the Warsaw Spire commands a lot of attention as a piece of architecture, besides being an important business centre in Wronia Street.  It has 49 floors, 220 m high spires whose spaces are leased out to all the big industry names in Poland. Completed in 2015, Building B is a part of the Warsaw Spire complex, offers 21,600 sq m as well as 263 underground parking spaces. The building is primarily occupied as the Headquarters of Frontex – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency of the European Union.The British Royal couple, Prince Wiliam and Princess Kate, after visiting the Presidential Palace and the Warsaw Rising Museum, headed for this new address in town.

The Warsaw Spire has won a lot of Prestigious Architectural Awards: Stavba Roku in czech, 2017 CEEQA commercial real estate , green building, Hall of Fame competition organized by real estate magazine CIJ,  “MIPIM Awards 2017 (best project in the Best Office & Business Development category, out of 250 projects from 44 countries., even London, Rome and Schenzen)

Plac Europejski – the best newly created public space in Poland, European Square, 4000sq m, 14000 trees spread around the main three buildings. The pride of the place, a Neon sign „KOCHAM WARSZAWĘ”/ I Love Warsaw  can be seen in this Public Squaare.  The words “KOCHAM” and “WARSZAWĘ” are more than 3 meters high. The heart of the sign, beating in different colours, is slightly higher and is 4,5m high. The steel construction weighs 3.5 tonnes, and 9000 LED diodes were used to illuminate the inscription. A total length of 350 meters of aluminum profiles were used to produce the letters.

 

Catering to the office goers, Warsaw inhabitants and tourists is the first restaurant in this Square: Stixx Bar and grill. Stixx Bar & Grill occupies 1,500 sq m, over two floors, in a former warehouse building on Wronia street. In addition to the bar, restaurant and lounge, this diverse gastronomy destination offers private dining and meeting rooms, conferencing facilities and a new take away concept called Stixx Deli 2 Go. Stixx Bar & Grill is an innovative restaurant concept combing sophisticated cuisine from all around the world at attractive prices in a smart casual environment. The main restaurant features an open kitchen with a 8-meter long fireplace, free standing bar, dining part, lounge zone and a large wine wall. In the summertime, guests will be able to enjoy a 400 sq m patio area which will also feature a large outdoor bar. The Stixx Bar & Grill menu is large outdoor bar. The Stixx Bar & Grill menu is tailored to all seasons and occasions. The house DJ will provide the right vibe in the place and regular live music performances will liven up the bar area.
